Yoga at the Gallery

All Levels community class that Lauren will be co-teaching with her great friend, New Bedford based Yoga teacher, Erin Poyant.  A joyful vinyasa class, flowing breath with movement, that will inspire your creative side and leave you feeling calm and peaceful.  Equally relaxing and fun. Bring old friends and meet some new ones!  Beginners welcome.
