An Ayurvedic classic to boost digestive fire, good for all constitutions:
In a small mason jar, combine equal parts cumin, coriander and fennel. Shake to combine.
Boil a pot of water (about 4 cups) without a lid. When water comes to boil, turn off heat and add 1 tbsp seeds.
Steep for a few minutes and strain the seeds out using a mesh strainer.
Fill up a thermos and sip slowly throughout the day to stimulate digestive fire.
